Beachcrofts wins crucial SIF House of Lords appeal

National firm Beachcroft Wansbroughs has won a House of Lords appeal on limitations that could have left professionals and insurers severely exposed had the case been lost.

Beachrofts acted for the Solicitors’ Indemnity Fund (SIF) on the test-case Cave v Robinson Jarvis & Rolf which was handed down earlier today.
