Wragges lands £1bn Midlands mega-deal

Wragge & Co has advised Derbyshire Building Society on a £1bn euro medium-term note programme, in one of the biggest financings the Midlands giant has yet acted on.

The top 10 UK building society is a long-standing client of the firm, which was also involved in the Derbyshire’s £125m bond issue in 1999.
