Owen wins contest for Matrix helm

Tim Owen QC has been elected to succeed Nicholas Blake QC as chair of the management committee of Matrix Chambers.

Owen, a specialist in administrative and public law, human rights and crime, was elected to succeed Blake at the set’s second annual general meeting on 13 April.
