Jennifer Kershaw QC is to take over as the head of No 6 chambers in Leeds following the appointment of Shaun Spencer QC to the North Eastern Circuit Bench.
Spencer, a specialist in white-collar crime, joined the Bench as a circuit judge on 15 April after eight years at the helm of No 6.
