Simmons board enlists first foreign partner

kroner A senior Dutch lawyer is to become the first non-UK partner to join the management board of Simmons & Simmons as the top 20 UK firm hammers out the final details of its agreed merger with Nolst Trenite.

Corporate specialist Ralph Kroner, who is international partner at Rotterdam-based Nolst Trenite, will join Simmons’ board on 1 May when his firm officially merges with its UK partner.
