Wessing backs TJG merger in weekend vote

Leading independent German firm Wessing is set to merge with Taylor Joynson Garrett (TJG) following a partners’ vote at the weekend.

The German partners voted on Saturday (13 April) by a 84% majority to go ahead with the merger, which will see 68 Wessing partners join the London firm, securing TJG’s first major practice in continental Europe.
