Lathams advises on rare Russian NY listing

The Moscow office of US firm Latham & Watkins has advised a Russian food company on a rare listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

The $238m (£168.1m) deal sees Russian dairy and juice producer Wimm-Bill-Dann secure a level three American depository receipt listing, that allows its shares to be traded by US investors.
