KLegal and Andersen Legal are this week locked in gruelling discussions that could lead to the integration of nearly 6,000 lawyers worldwide under a single network, following the merger agreement between their respective big five parents.
Following the takeover by KPMG of Andersen’s European and Asian accounting businesses, announced on Tuesday (19 March), the affiliated members of Andersen Legal have effectively broken away to individually negotiate their future, although a number are set to join the KLegal network.
