Business lawyers have overwhelmingly rejected controversial proposals to merge the Commercial, Admiralty and Technology & Construction Courts.
The emphatic dismissal of the plan, proposed by consultants CGEY in March last year, is
contained in the responses to a consultation paper issued by the Lord Chancellor’s Department on the modernisation of the commercial courts.
