Clyde & Co corporate partner Pii Ketvel advised Navan. Finance partner Jonathan Brownson led the Allen & Overy team that advised a bank syndicate on the restructuring of Navan’s £25.13 of bank debt and the conversion of additional debt into new equity. Gouldens, led by corporate associate William Oliver, acted for a group of pre-financiers, which included Standard Bank.
