Brodies lands Scots rail work

scotrail Brodies has been appointed legal adviser to the Strategic Rail Authority (SRA) in Scotland after a year-long tendering process in a major scalp for the top 10 Scots firm.

The Edinburgh-based firm has won the tender to deal with all existing and future work generated by the SRA north of the border. This includes work on the re-tendering process for Scotrail – Scotland’s primary passenger rail franchise – which has to be decided by 2004.
