BLP in property client win

Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) has won a new client for its core property practice with its appointment by Bath and North East Somerset District Council to advise on the regeneration of the Western Riverside area of Bath.

The instruction was secured following a competitive pitch last summer involving a host of leading real estate advisers.
