Bahl and Law Society to mediate

bahl Former Law Society vice president Kamlesh Bahl has agreed to enter into mediation with the society over her long-running race and sexual discrimination dispute.

“Ms Bahl’s solicitors have replied to the chief executive’s letter and have said that their client ‘would be prepared to enter into a mediation procedure’,” a Law Society spokesman told Legal Week.
