Bill Shelford, managing partner of CMS Cameron McKenna, is to retire at the end of April after an 11-year spell in office. He will stay on at the firm as a consultant. The firm will hold elections for a new senior partner before Shelford leaves.

Dick Tyler will remain as managing partner. Shelford said: “My years as senior partner have been made so interesting because they have been so full of change. I am delighted that I shall remain as a consultant to CMS Cameron McKenna which continues to grow from strength to strength.”
