Nabarro Nathanson and Osborne Clarke are working side by side to close a £500m acquisition for leisure group Pubmaster by the end of January.
The purchase of Inn Partnership from investment bank Nomura will add 1,200 English and Scottish pubs to Pubmaster’s existing chain of 1,974 tenancies, making the privately-owned Pubmaster the fourth-largest tenanted pub chain in the UK. Clifford Chance is acting for long-time client Nomura.
