Osborne Clarke set to secure Belgian merger

Osborne Clarke (OC) is set to next month merge with its Belgian ally, providing the firm with its second cross-border merger in three months.

OC is looking to merge with Belgian firm De Wolf & Partners, which is set to change its name when it merges officially with the Bristol-based firm. The firm has now gained regulatory approval from the Belgian authorities and is finalising both financial and legal arrangements with OC.
