Matthews promoted in ITV shake-up

Television group ITV has promoted Paul Matthews to head of legal affairs in a management shake-up following last year’s integration of ONdigital.

Matthews, who was previously head of legal at ONdigital (now re-branded as ITV Digital), will report to Marcus Ezekiel, the director of legal and regulatory affairs for the ITV group.
