Huntons secures Dallas merger

Hunton & Williams has boosted its domestic US practice by merging with Dallas energy firm Worsham Forsythe Wooldridge.

The merger with 86-lawyer Worsham Forsythe will boost Huntons’ fee income to $400m (£275m), making it a top 25 US firm.
