Simmons and Addleshaws in £875m coup

Simmons & Simmons and Addleshaw Booth & Co have been instructed on British Land’s £875m securitisation of its Meadowhall shopping centre in Sheffield.

The deal is one of the largest of its kind brokered in the Yorkshire market this year.
