McGrigors and KLegal back merger after Friday vote

Leading Scottish firm McGrigor Donald and KPMG’s tied law firm KLegal have agreed to merge.

The two law firms backed the merger in a vote on Friday (7 December), and are now awaiting formal approval from KLegal’s accounting parent
