Withers strikes US merger deal

withers City firm Withers is merging with New York firm Bergman Horowitz & Reynolds, forming a transatlantic private client specialist.

The firms, both private client specialists, will officially merge on 1 January, 2002, as first reported on www.legalweek.net (3 December).
