TJG signs up for FSA fast-track

tjg Taylor Joynson Garrett (TJG) has emerged as only the second major City firm to apply for registration by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) under the fast-track application procedure which closed last month.

The firm joins Clifford Chance in breaking ranks with rivals who are currently lobbying the Treasury over the failure of the Financial Services and Markets Act to separate transactional legal advice from investment activity.
