KPMG is aiming to follow up its dramatic merger in Germany with expansion into Scotland and North America.

KPMG’s tied global network KLegal has begun approaching Scots firms with a view to securing a Scottish member just weeks after securing a merger with Germany’s Beiten Burkhardt Mittl & Wegener.
