40 King Street scoops Wardale for chief exec

Leading Manchester set 40 King Street has appointed a new chief executive in the shape of former Addleshaw Booth & Co finance director Colin Wardale.

Wardale, who joined the 52-tenant set on 29 October, left Addleshaws in July after a decade with the national firm.
