Norton Rose is relocating partner John Cook to the firm’s Brussels office following the decision of Trevor Soames to leave the City firm to set up a Brussels practice for US anti-trusts specialists Howrey Simon Arnold & White.
Soames will join the Washington-based firm, which specialises in competition and IP law, when it opens in Brussels in January.
