Allen & Overy (A&O) has completed a hat-trick of deals for BG group by advising on its £228m acquisition of Enron Oil and Gas Limited (Eogil) from Enron Corp.
The deal is one of the first high-profile deals to involve A&O’s New York office since the hire of Cravath Swaine & Moore partner Dan Cunningham.
