Dealrooms
Issues include whether there will ever be a key standard dealroom and, perhaps more importantly, do clients like using them? Security is also a key issue as it is important to gauge how secure a site really is. Other concerns include pricing structure and who is doing what in the area. It will be interesting to see who will have the first dealroom that is accessible over the web.
Another issue that clients want to know about is, what happens to dead dealrooms? Terms of usage and the obligations of law firms are also key issues.
