MacRoberts lures back Davidson

Scottish firm MacRoberts has boosted its private equity team by luring back former partner David Davidson from SJ Berwin.

Davidson was one of a group of leading Scottish private equity lawyers who joined the City firm two years ago under former partner Graham White.
