The Paris office of Stibbe, which merged at the beginning of the month with US firm Latham & Watkins, has lost two partners.

Tax partner Eric Ginter is leaving Lathams for French tax boutique Lefevre Pelletier after working at Stibbe in Paris for the past year. Another partner, employment specialist Marie France Miseray-Saulgrain, is set to retire at the end of the month. The departures follow the merger, which was confirmed by Lathams on 6 September (Legal Week, 13 September).
