Theodore Goddard, Salans blame economic woes for merger collapse

Theodore Goddard (TG) and Salans Hertzfeld and Heilbronn have blamed ‘the current international situation’ for the collapse of their merger discussions.

The decision not to proceed was made by TG’s management committee on Tuesday after four months of serious talks between the two firms.
