Top set loses second head to bench

Top commercial set 7 King’s Bench Walk has lost its highly-rated head of chambers, Jeremy Cooke QC, to the Bench.

Cooke, a specialist in insurance, shipping and professional negligence, is the second head of chambers the set has lost to the Bench in 18 months. Former head Sir Stephen Tomlinson QC joined the Commercial Court in the spring of last year.
