Linklaters & Alliance last week secured a long-awaited merger agreement with its Belgian ally De Bandt Van Hecke Lagae & Loesch as the City giant presses ahead with plans to integrate its European alliance.
The link-up comes four months after the integration between Linklaters and Swedish ally Lagerlof & Lehman and nine months after the merger with German ally Oppenhoff & Raedler.
