Linklaters faces Belgian walk out ahead of merger vote

Linklater’s Belgian ally has been hit with the loss of six partners, including its former managing partner, two days before the firm votes on a merger with its City ally.

The six partners of De Bandt Van Hecke Lagae & Loesch, led by former managing partner Roel Nieuwdorp, are to join Benelux tax specialists Loyens & Loeff.
