East Anglia firm Mills & Reeve is to take on more space in Birmingham, despite the job losses at its Midlands office earlier this year following the firm’s surprise ejection from the National Health Service Litigation Authority’s (NHSLA) clinical negligence panel.

The firm, which has other offices in Norwich, Cambridge and London, has secured two floors of a new development in Birmingham, and has also signed up for a purpose built office in a new landmark development in Norwich.
