LongAcre nets first for Monkey

LongAcre Partners, the independent corporate finance house set up by media firm Olswang in June 2000, has completed its first deal.

The deal follows the establishment of the house last June to advise companies in the technology, media and communications sectors on strategy, fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.
