Andersen Legal hit by loss of four in Hamburg

Andersen Legal’s German practice has been hit with a breakaway after four partners announced that they are to leave the Hamburg office of Andersen Luther at the end of June to establish their own practice.

The four partners are: corporate partner Wilhem Happ, corporate and tax partner Hubertus Freiherr von der Recke, IP and trademark partner Martin Luther and general commercial lawyer Rudiger Ludwig.
