Linklaters is gearing up to push through the mergers of three more of its European allies by 1 May, following the success of its marriage with Germany’s Oppenhoff & Raedler last August.

Although the official 1 January launch of the Oppenhoffs merger has been delayed due to German tax complications, Linklaters’ management wants the rest of the alliance, apart from Italian member Gianni Origoni & Partners, merged by the start of the firm’s new financial year.
