Ashursts to advise BT on £2bn property sale

The property practice of Ashurst Morris Crisp has been instructed on its biggest ever deal – for British Telecommunications (BT).

Several Ashursts partners and assistants have been brought in to work on the £2bn deal, including the firm’s head of property, Simon Cookson, and property partner Anthony Burnett-Scott. Corporate partner Chris Ashworth is also assisting.
