Beachcroft Wansbroughs has become one of the first national law firms to win an Investors in People (IIP) award for all its offices following a post-merger operations shake-up to integrate all its offices.

The award, presented to senior partner Lord Hunt by the Secretary of State for Education David Blunkett, comes following a full management review across the firm’s seven UK offices. In order to get the award the firm, which is made up of a two-year-old merger between Manchester’s Vaudreys and Bristol-based Wansbrough Willey Hargrave, and London-based Beachcroft Stanleys, needed to demonstrate that its office systems and management structures were consistent across the whole firm.
