West Coast-based O’Melveny & Myers has appointed UK insolvency partner Adrian Harris as the head of its eight-partner London office.
Harris will also co-ordinate the firm’s efforts to find a suitable UK merger partner.
The move coincides with the arrival in London of the firm’s rated entertainment partner Joe Calabrese, who will launch a UK/US entertainment practice and whose existing clients include Time Warner, Sony Pictures, PolyGram and investment bank DLJ.
