Eversheds is to introduce individual bonus payments as the firm moves to full profit-sharing.
The national firm has overhauled its existing bonus system, which was awarded to offices, so that awards are made to individuals.
The discretionary payments will be about £25,000 per person, but there is scope for higher awards for exceptional performers.

As revealed by Legal Week, the firm is introducing a single, five-year lockstep as an interim measure for the next two years.
