Glasgow firms forge first incorporated practice

Glasgow commercial firms Faulds Gibson & Kennedy and Walter Semple have merged to form Semple Kennedy Limited, Scotland’s first incorporated practice.

The five-lawyer firm is led by directors Ewan Kennedy and Walter Semple who, until two years ago, was a partner at Glasgow-based Bird Semple, which recently merged with DLA.
