The president of the Luxembourg bar has revealed that he has no objections, in principle, to the planned merger between Clifford Chance (CC) and Luxembourg firm Faltz & Kremer.
The marriage, which will be voted on once the bar completes its investigation into the deal, would add another piece to the jigsaw of CC’s global project.
