Cameron McKenna acted for Grey Interactive Services, which acquired the entire share capital of Module Communications Group, providers of internet and intranet design services. The value was not disclosed. Guilherme Brafman led the team and was assisted by Bill Carr. Module Communications was represented by Paisner & Co, led by Stephen Nelson and David Zailer.
