Clydes energy head leads plan to grasp leadership of oil firm

The head of Clyde & Co’s energy team is leading an audacious bid to oust the management of listed oil company Premier.

Dr Peter Felter, an equity partner at Clydes and a Danish international lawyer, is seeking election to Premier’s board, along with a team that includes the former worldwide operations manager of Premier and Viscount Cranborne, the former Tory leader in the House of Lords.
