Linklaters has hired restructuring and insolvency partner Andrew Payne in Singapore from DLA Piper.
Payne’s practice focuses on debt restructuring and special situations in Asia. In 2017, he advised on the cross-border aspects of Singapore-based charter operator Zetta Jet’s bankruptcy in the U.S. Payne will work closely with partners David Kidd and James Warboys in Hong Kong.
