The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has closed an investigation into allegations of sexual harassment made against a former Reed Smith partner, without taking any action.
The partner in question was dismissed from Reed Smith’s London office in late 2017, following which the firm carried out an internal investigation into the claims that had been made by two former trainees at the firm.
