US Firm and RPC Advise as Sports Direct Snaps Up Jack Wills

Fried Frank is advising on the sale of clothing brand Jack Wills, as the U.K. retail sector continues to contract.

Jack Wills, known for its preppy and sportswear branding, has been sold for £12.75 million to Mike Ashley’s Sports Direct via a pre-pack administration deal.
