Leading Korean firm Yoon & Yang has hired a former chief prosecutor as a managing partner of the firm.

Sungwook Cho joins the firm’s corporate criminal investigations and white-collar criminal defense team, focusing on criminal and corporate litigation, government relations and legislative consulting, labor and employment and general corporate advisory services.
