Herbert Smith Freehills Advises Lenders on Saudi Water Pipeline Project

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised the lenders to a joint venture between Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios, of Spain, and Saudi Arabia’s Alkhorayef Water & Power Technologies.

The JV is to build a 150-kilometer-long pipeline for the transmission of of drinking water along the kingdom’s west coast between Rayis in Madinah region and Rabigh in Makkah region.
